LEO LIONNI: EXEMPLARY IMAGINARY

It went like this: we were looking for the good ceramist in Radda with whom Leo Lionni worked as a sculptor, to find a few mementos to go along with the ones that Andrea Rauch had given us the night before. Giuseppe Rampini (the ceramist) suggested that we ask Commander Grillo, too, because Leo had enjoyed his company and fought with him often. “And Doggie? You should hear what she’s got to say about him… she worked with Leo for more than eight years!”, insisted Nico.
